Brewery Assistant

Are you looking to get into the craft brewing industry, have a strong work ethic and passion for learning about craft beer? Delta Beer Lab is growing in on- and off-premise formats. We’re looking for a Brewery Assistant to help team with delivering kegs and cans around the Madison area, cleaning kegs, packaging beer, cleaning draft beer lines, and more. Opportunities exist for a full or part-time position. Additional functions could include bartending in the taproom and pouring beer and representing at events. This position can grow into a brewer position through our training program based on high-level performance and interest in expanding your career in craft beer. Delta Beer Lab is looking for friendly, reliable, and passionate beertenders for our progressive and vibrant taproom in Madison. Our Beertenders serve as brand ambassadors and represent the public “face” of Delta Beer Lab. Beertenders are tasked with ensuring our ideals are communicated through guest experiences. Beertenders build sustainable guest relationships through open and interactive communication. Responsibilities include day-to-day guest service and operations of our social laboratory. We are currently looking for fill positions to work on evenings and weekends, which includes holidays.
